Mold Tooling After Service

Since the day you contact us, we are ready to service you faithfully.

 

The after service department will contact the customer to learn about the requirements and comments for plastic moulds quality after shipment. For quality problems or discrepancy of plastic moulding under normal operation, we will make quick response and timely provide effective solutions for customers.

 

After problem is resolved each time, we will send the customer <<the after service circumstance form >> to fill in to make sure he is satisfied with problem-solving. If you still is not satisfied, general manager of company will communicate with you directly.
